I came to Cathy because I was experiencing severe anxiety and depression.  Every day, my thoughts would overwhelm my sense of belonging and it became a personal challenge to survive the negative energies that ruled my life.  After many attempts with Western medicine which provided “band-aid” treatment with failing results, I felt lost with no hope for my life.  Cathy approached me about performing a healing session and I was skeptical because I was unaware of the practice and did not know what to expect.

Cathy has changed my life – there is no another way to say it!  I continue to experience anxiety, but its severity is no longer the driving force of my life.  I have become more grounded and centered with my personal confidence and I am able to recover quickly.  She continues to educate and provide a service that I am grateful to receive. 

Ancient Instincts is appropriately named. From the divination practices through the healing sessions, runs a current that can only be described as originating from ancient places, Universal places. Cat works her craft in many modalities to help the soul remember vibrations, connecting lost fragments to bring alignment and peace to the client. I have personally received some of the most profound healing sessions I have ever experienced from Cat. Her understanding of many spiritual practices, and connection to these energies, work magic to restore balance in my soul. I can’t say enough about her beautiful work.
