We honor and teach core Shamanic concepts.

Ancient shamanic cultures promote healing and spiritual evolvement in a powerful and vibrant way that is still viable today. Ancient Instinct’s courses honor and teach core Shamanic concepts, practices and values. Interactive sessions provide a rich tapestry of spiritual synergies to explore.  Students learn  how to create a safe and sacred healing environment as well as develop relationships with various energies of these traditions and others. Resources and practical tools promote healing and positive change.  Students are empowered to embody, utilize and apply shamanic practices to benefit themselves as well as our world. Ancient, sacred traditions connect you with your own ancestry as a revived source of empowerment and healing; assisting you with overcoming obstacles to forge a new and beneficial path.  We learn to rise above the mundane world to the spiritual, spread our wings and realize our abilities and gifts; becoming Children of the Sun! Curriculum is interactive and experiential, including theoretical concepts as well as practicum.

Summer 2026

Return of the Buffalo

Beverly Castaneda and I are honored to announce, the Buffalo will be returning to the Tall Bull Memorial Grounds located in scenic Daniels Park, CO!

As part of this project, I was asked to contribute two recordings which will be accessible to the public. At the main entrance, you will see a Healing Garden with many native plants and herbs. Within the garden, information with “QR” codes will be posted. Scan the QR codes to hear many different Native American legends and prophecies contributed by myself and others. I will update this information when the project is finalized and recordings are available at Daniels Park – Summer 2026.

In the meantime, you can access the prophecies and legends I’ve contributed here. Enjoy!

Temazcal is a sacred, traditional Mesoamerica steam bath used for thousands of years to provide healing for communities. In ancient times, rituals and ceremonies were held after battle or ceremonial ball games, to heal the sick, improve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and it served as a place for women to give birth.

The Temazcal is the womb of our Earth Mother “Tonantzin”; a sacred, communal room where songs, prayers and stories are shared. It is a calming and therapeutic experience that provides cleansing, healing, purification, harmonization and balance of mind, body and spirit; allowing us to release that which no longer serves us so that we may be reborn anew.
